I found this recipe at the Food Network. It’s Bobby Flay’s creamy coleslaw recipe.
The only change that I made to the recipe was adding the red cabbage. I love red cabbage for the taste and the color!
It’s a tasty coleslaw. The celery salt gives it a unique flavor and a little bit of heat and the consistency is the right creaminess.
As much I enjoyed this batch it still does not fit my criteria for the perfect coleslaw. Everyone at the dinner table gave it a 5 out of ten. I gave it a 7.
